Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain effective relationships with employers and businesses across Denbighshire.
Identify and promote employment opportunities that support residents in overcoming barriers to work.
Build and manage a network of employers offering varied roles across sectors.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align employment opportunities with community needs.
Represent the Working Denbighshire programme at events, meetings, and employer forums.
Monitor and report on engagement outcomes, employer feedback, and employment success stories.
Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement of employment engagement initiatives.
Person SpecificationEssential Skills & Attributes
Proven ability to engage and negotiate with employers and business leaders.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, proactive, and innovative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Contract length: 18 weeks
Pay: 16.93 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
