About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Entry-level Call Centre Brand Associate to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has strong communication skills, and is eager to develop experience in branding, customer engagement, and marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent client brands professionally through outbound and inbound calls. Engage with customers to provide information, answer queries, and promote brand offerings. Deliver a positive customer experience that reflects brand values and messaging. Assist in gathering customer insights to support marketing campaigns and improvements. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes. Support campaign-specific call activities, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent communication across channels. Handle administrative duties related to call tracking and performance reporting.
