Job Description
We own 59 residential mobile home parks across England and Wales. We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Project Manager based at our head office on the outskirts of Yeovil .
You will be responsible for planning, managing, delivering estates and related projects across the organisation.
The job is offered as full-time Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. The job will require some travel and overnight stays as and when required. Use of a pool car will be available.
Responsibilities:-
Lead and manage estates projects from conception to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments. Ensure projects meet legal, statutory, and health & safety requirements Oversee the Estates Department Engage external contractors Liaise with Area Managers and internal departments where necessary Monitor financial performance and ensure cost-effective delivery
Experience required:-
Proven experience in a similar property or estates management role
Strong influencing skills - able to communicate at all levels adapting style appropriate to audience
Understanding of contracts, construction legislation, compliance, and H&S
Excellent verbal and written skills - with the ability to write business reports and proposals
RICS or equivalent qualification (preferable)
Knowledge of residential park home or holiday park industry would be desirable.
A Driving Licence is essential for this role
