BUD Leaders is a trailblazing, Black-led, female-led social enterprise dedicated to creating greater equity and opportunity for Black and Global Majority women in business. Its CEO and founder, known as the Black Fearless Female, is a champion for empowerment, inclusive leadership, and community impact.
The Executive Personal Assistant will provide high-level support to the CEO, enabling business growth, personal brand elevation, and social impact across businesses, projects, and charitable organisations. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London and St Neots, requiring regular in-person collaboration as well as remote work. The ideal candidate is passionate about social change and has experience supporting a dynamic, high-achieving leader.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Executive Support
o Manage calendars, appointments, and travel across multiple businesses and projects
o Execute and drive key projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO
o Proactively prioritise tasks, deadlines, and opportunities for the CEO to ensure focus on the highest-impact activities
o Utilise AI and digital tools to streamline administrative tasks, scheduling, communications, and document management
o Coordinate meetings, events, and follow-ups for business, charity, and brand-building
o Prepare agendas and track action items for leadership meetings
o Support property management tasks, including compliance and contractor liaison
o Assist with communications, document management, and content drafting
o Support sales processes, research, and proposal preparation
o Advance the CEO's personal brand through content and social media coordination
o Act as a key point of contact and liaison for stakeholders
Charity Support
o Coordinate diary and activities for trustee and charity responsibilities
o Assist with planning and delivery of charity events and outreach
o Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and reporting
Personal & Family Support
o Book travel, appointments, and manage family logistics
o Support essential household administration
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a senior PA, EA, or executive support to a high-impact, multi-faceted leader
Passion for social change, equity, and community empowerment
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and digital platforms to streamline workflows
High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and professionalism
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools
Able to work independently and as part of diverse teams
Willingness and ability to work from both Cambridgeshire (St Neots) and London, with a hybrid schedule
