SHIO, an Asian-inspired street food restaurant at the Boathouse, Newquay Harbour, is on the lookout for a passionate chefs ranging from junior sous to sous level to join our team as soon as possible with full time hours until we close our doors for winter at the end of October!
Wage will depend on level of experience and ability to perform the duties required of your job title. To be discussed upon interview.

As we gear up for summer, we need a dedicated Sous Chef who thrives in a high-paced environment. Our doors are open seven days a week from 12 PM to 9 PM, and while we know things can get hectic, we believe in keeping spirits high and having fun along the way.

We're looking for someone who has a good sense of humor and knows when to switch to concentration mode. If you're an experienced chef and can handle a busy service while still sharing a laugh with the team, you might just be the perfect fit for us.
While we're ideally seeking a Sous Chef, we're also open to considering junior sous chefs or CDPs with a strong desire to step up. If you're the right candidate, we're ready to help you elevate your career to the next level.
