Brown's Cafe is a small business in Pembroke. We are fast-paced.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a busy cafe industry, a passion for food preparation, and the ability to work as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals according to our menus, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to become part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Follow our menus and food safety protocols. Prepare ingredients for cooking. Cook food according to customer specifications. Monitor food quality and presentation. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Have the ability to work in a fast paced busy kitchen.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
Pembroke SA71 4DA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Chef: 1 year (preferred) Cooking: 1 year (preferred) Kitchen : 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
