This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced dental receptionist to join a lovely, fully private specialist dental practice in Central London.

Working at the front of house, you will be the welcoming face of the practice, working closely with our team of specialists, hygienists, and support staff. Previous dental knowledge is essential to confidently assist patients and support smooth daily operations.

We are a dedicated, family-oriented practice comprising three New York-trained clinicians, two skilled hygienists, and two experienced dental nurses. Together, we provide exceptional care in dental implants, periodontal treatment, and restorative dentistry.

Your key responsibilities will include:



Managing day-to-day patient care and ensuring the smooth running of the clinic Handling patient enquiries and bookings with excellent communication Providing accurate information about treatments and pricing to patients Maintaining and updating patient records and spreadsheets to track care and follow-ups Making pre- and post-appointment calls to patients Extensive diary management for a team of 4 clinicians and 2 hygienists Preparing paperwork ahead of appointments and ensuring all documentation is complete and uploaded Proactively managing recall lists to optimise appointment scheduling Supporting the team with any administrative tasks as needed Working independently while keeping management informed with regular updates

The ideal candidate will have:



Dental knowledge, especially in Periodontal, Implant, Restorative, and Invisalign treatments. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment during busy periods Exceptional IT skills Experience using Excel and dental software systems, Dentally would be beneficial Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive mindset with the ability to suggest ideas to improve patient experience and retention The ability to use initiative to problem solve independantly Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner Ability to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 am - 5:30 pm

Job Details:



Full-time, Permanent Salary: From 28,000 per annum (depending on experience and scope) Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts Bonus scheme available Team social events Ongoing training and professional development support from our Business Development Manager to help you continually grow your skills Location: Central London (must be able to reliably commute or relocate)
