Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
Answering the telephone & logging calls
Monitoring and answering Emails
Scanning invoices to purchase ledger & filing of invoices
Scanning all reports and documents as and when required
Recording data on insurance renewals
Preparation and sending out AGM paperwork
Sending of mail merges/newsletters
Daily post
Raising of Purchase Orders
Quotation requests
Providing administration support to Property Managers to include dealing with telephone enquiries, raising purchase orders, printing and posting documentation, liaising with contractors & other duties as necessary.
Updating key information and keeping records up to date
Skills:
Good IT skills - proficient in Word & Excel essential
Excellent administrative and organisational skills
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Office experience
Be flexible and adaptable
Able to multitask and work under pressure
