Built by MODE is looking for a highly experienced

Site Manager

to lead the delivery of a high-quality residential refurbishment project in Barnt Green.

You'll be responsible for running the day-to-day site operations with professionalism, structure, and a sharp eye for detail. This is a hands-on role for someone who can plan ahead, hold subcontractors accountable, and take pride in a well-run job.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all site activity, ensuring works are delivered on programme and to specification Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and materials Maintain a clean, safe and well-ordered site Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients professionally Enforce high standards of workmanship and compliance Keep records, report progress, and resolve issues on the ground

What We're Looking For

5+ years' experience as a Site Manager on residential refurbishments or new builds Strong communication and leadership skills Reliable, proactive, and quality-driven SMSTS or SSSTS and valid CSCS card First Aid at Work certification Able to read drawings and manage day-to-day site delivery independently
