The Role

Here at Carnival UK, we have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to work within the Facilities Team to help run the Post Room, Dockmasters & Reception Desk. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sort incoming and outgoing mail, according to type and destination (ship & shore)
  • Answer questions regarding mail procedures, compute mailing costs based on type, weight, and destination
  • Accept deliveries in the goods in area, manage parking, and deal with contractors.
  • Operate telephone switchboards to answer, screen, or forward calls
  • Greet visitors, determining the purpose of their visit, and informing the necessary stakeholders
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK14 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis.
