Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop tailored support plans.
Provide guidance and advocacy to clients navigating social services, healthcare, education, and community resources.
Maintain accurate and detailed case records in compliance with organisational policies and data protection regulations.
Facilitate communication between clients, service providers, and external agencies to coordinate care effectively.
Monitor client progress and adjust support strategies as necessary to achieve positive outcomes.
Offer emotional support and practical assistance to clients facing challenging circumstances.
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programmes to enhance service delivery skills.
Experience
Prior experience working with children is highly desirable, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs.
Experience in social work, counselling, or related fields is advantageous but not essential; relevant training will be provided.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a compassionate approach towards clients.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
