What we're looking for..




A

Senior Solicitor or Senior Lawyer

ready for the step up to Partner but blocked where you are.


Or, a

Partner in a traditional firm

, frustrated that you're not an equity partner or not being adequately rewarded.


You'll be commercially minded, ambitious, and keen to build on your expertise. You'll have experience in high-value financial and/or complex children work, with the ability to bring in and convert new clients while leading from the front.
