NR Care is seeking a motivated, organised, and compassionate

Field/Care Coordinator

to support our Registered Manager and help us deliver high?quality, person?centred care across the community.

This role is

split between office duties and field work

, so we are looking for someone confident both coordinating care and delivering it.

Key Responsibilities Field-Based Duties (50%)

Complete

care calls

when required Carry out

assessments

care plan reviews

Perform

spot checks

, field monitoring, and quality observations Complete

Office-Based Duties (50%)

Create and manage effective

staff rotas

Support day?to?day operations and ensure smooth service delivery Communicate clearly with staff, Service Users, and families Ensure compliance with

CQC fundamental standards

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision Participate in the

on?call rota

on a rotational basis

About You Essential

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Experience working in care, including some supervisory or senior duties Good understanding of

CQC regulations and compliance

Strong administrative, organisational, and IT skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Desirable

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care Experience in domiciliary or residential care settings Experience using electronic rostering systems (e.g., Care Planner, Access People Planner, etc.)

Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
