to join our team, responsible for finance and admin tasks.
Core Skills
A strong finance & office administration background
Experience with Xero, Excel

AAT qualification
Prior experience in a SaaS (Software-as-a-service) company
Knowledge of grant applications, finance sourcing
Use of Pipedrive CRM

What will the role be like?
We are looking for a person who has proven themselves in at least one finance role with 2-3 years experience. This role is perfect for someone looking for a flexible work-life balance and likes being part of a wider team.
The candidate will have an interest in technology, the right attitude, and great communication skills. People who are degree educated or with relevant work experience will all be considered.
Assist with finance-related tasks: creating KPI data, processing payments, bank reconciliations, chasing debtors, VAT returns, tracking bank balances, and paying vendor invoices
Assist the customer & sales teams with renewals, invoicing, sales administration, updating CRM, reporting and KPIs
Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets, board packs
Managing employee expense claims, payroll, new starters
Basic admin tasks such as writing minutes, booking meetings

Our office is in Leeds city centre, 5 minutes walk from Leeds train station. We currently practise flexible distributed working with plenty of scope for home working (usually 3-4 days per week), along with assistance for setting up your home office environment.
Company hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with core hours being 9am-5:30pm.
