About The Role

We're seeking a proactive

Fleet Coordinator

to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective running of our company and grey fleet. This pivotal role will oversee the full vehicle lifecycle, compliance, and reporting, while working closely with HR, Finance, and external suppliers.


Salary: - 24k-28k


Hours: - 30 hours per week

What you'll do



Manage acquisition, disposal, and maintenance of vehicles Oversee accident management, inspections, repairs, and PCN administration Maintain accurate records, reports, and insurance documentation Monitor costs, fuel, mileage, and supplier contracts Ensure compliance with UK legislation, insurance requirements, and company policies Arrange driver training, licence checks, and inductions for new starters Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners

Responsibilities

What we're looking for



Proven experience in fleet coordination or a similar role Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Self-starter with excellent organisation and attention to detail Flexibility to travel within the UK when required

Desirable:



Experience with fleet management software Knowledge of UK fleet legislation
