A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Manage the relevant contracts including any email and telephone requests in a timely manner within client and internal KPIs and take ownership for requests and queries
To ensure that booking requests are responded to quickly, efficiently and to correct standards, ensuring required service levels achieved
To provide excellent customer care, a high level of accuracy, ensuring all administration duties are fulfilled to the required standard and timescales
Take ownership of requests and queries ensuring they are managed to a successful solution
Help to maintain the Internal database, ensuring that the computer systems are up to date, accurate and that all new changes are actioned
Provide accurate Reporting on time in line with KPI requirements
Proactively management the fleets to ensure efficient in fleeting and de-fleeting in line with requirements
Monthly invoicing and back up and sense check the data before sending

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
Previous and proven track record in a Customer Service and Administrative environment is essential
Strong communicator at various levels - ability to assess individual customer needs
Strong Administration skills and able to prioritise tasks
Data analytics experience with excellent attention to detail
Automotive Industry experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
