Overview

We are seeking a skilled Resin Floor Layers to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be proficient in various flooring techniques. Any experience in the Flooring Industry can be relevant. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Floor Layer will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining different types of flooring materials in residential and commercial settings. Full training in the various types of resins will be provided by working along side current experienced teams.

Duties

Prepare subfloors by cleaning, levelling, and applying appropriate finishes Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations Conduct repairs on existing flooring as needed, ensuring high-quality workmanship Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure project completion within deadlines Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the duration of the project

Skills

Proven experience in construction with a focus on flooring installation Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, chisels, and hammers Experience in construction painting is advantageous but not essential Competence in operating power tools safely, including drills and sanders Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to ensure quality results
