Location: Outbuildings Dorset, Broad Road Farm, Bridport, DT6 3TS

Pay:

27-32k per annum

Hours:

8 hour shifts. 5 days per week. 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day required.

Outbuildings is a family-run "farm'otel" nestled in West Dorset, combining rustic charm with modern luxury. The Role: FOH Manager

Looking for someone with bar and restaurant leadership experience (hotel background is a bonus) who's bursting with personality and knows how to lead from the front. You'll be a self-starter with great management skills, excited to join a family-run business that's always evolving.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during service Take orders, serve guests, manage table flow, and ensure a seamless guest experience Train, support, and develop staff members Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory Develop a strong understanding of hotel systems and guest experience platforms Maintain front-of-house standards and ensure full health and safety compliance Assist with basic reporting, cost tracking, and other routine administrative tasks

Person Specification

Proven experience in hospitality, especially in bar and restaurant service. Strong proficiency in booking systems. Excellent verbal and written communication. Organised multitasker thriving in boutique, fast-paced environments. A warm, adaptive, and guest-centred mindset.
