Margiotta Catering are hiring. Are you an early riser looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a catering assistant for our busy Henderson place production kitchen.

As a production assistant you will play a key role in the daily operations of our company. You will start the day early and work closely with our supervisors to ensure that our customers receive high-quality products. Key responsibilities:

- Prepare, sandwiches, pizza, rolls, salads and coleslaw for the early morning production shift

- Follow food safety and quality control standards

- Assist with other food items as and when needed

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Work closely with the team to ensure that orders are produced efficiently and accurately

Qualifications:

- previous experience is preferred, however not essential, in a food service or production environment

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene
