Freelance Administrative & Operations Assistant (with Strong PA and Bookkeeping Skills) Company: Momso Studio (Sewing & Product Creation Business) Location: Brixton, London Job Type: Part-Time (Approx. 10 -15 hours/week) Job Overview: We are seeking an exceptional admin and operations assistant to support our sewing and product-making business. This role is about 10 hours a week (three days, roughly five hours each) and involves a mix of PA, bookkeeping, and front-of-house duties. Key Responsibilities: Invoicing & Bookkeeping: Manage invoices, process payments, and maintain financial records using spreadsheets. Ensure compliance deadlines like tax report submissions are diarized and met. Administrative & PA Excellence: Provide high-level administrative support across our three companies, ensuring smooth daily operations. Front-of-House Duties: Answer phones, greet clients, and provide friendly customer service. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the sewing and product-creation field is a plus. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in admin, bookkeeping, and PA roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage compliance tasks and multiple priorities.
