Located in the shadow of Belfast City Hall, this busy catering cafe and needs a supervisor who is super friendly, can take ownership of the front of house and can make our customers feel welcome and important.

Permanent Fixed hour contract -Monday to Friday No weekend, evening or bank holiday work- yes we take ALL bank holidays! Early starts and finishes (usual shift 7am - 2 pm) Wages paid weekly
You duties will include:

Ensuring the cafe always looks fresh and welcoming. Ensuring an excellent level of friendly customer care & coffee standards Greeting and serving customers throughout the shift Posting on social media Developing new exciting drinks and promoting them Writing up blackboards to show changing menus and to promote new items Ensuring all hygiene checks are done Ensuring all procedures are being followed by your team Some ordering for the section Supporting the manager with business administration
We are looking for:

A friendly, warm personality. Creativity to create drinks, blackboards, displays and posts Experience in the industry and excellent barista skills An ability to independently look after this section Some food prep experience as you will be required to prepare some basic breakfast items A professional and positive can do attitude Good references and reliable work history Excellent attention to detail A clean worker who will insist on an organised but happy work environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 39 per week
