Audi Aberdeen are seeking a pro-active, customer focused Front of House Service Manager for our busy Audi dealership.About the Front of House Service Manager roleYou will provide support to the Service Manager in providing guidance, training and appraisals to each of the Service team to ensure the team maximise customer satisfaction through feedback. Being involved with the Service Team, you will monitor the department performance against budget, identify any shortfall and implement plans to improve the performance. As Front of House Service Manager you will manage customer relationships and be 1st point of contact for any problems that the customer may have #problemsolver.About You as Front of House Service ManagerYou will have experience gained from a similar role within the Motor trade, especially supervising a team, having the ability to motivate the service team to their full potential. This is an amazing opportunity for a customer focused individual with an uncompromising attitude to delivering excellent customer service every time.
