We are actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Staff member (with background in bar service is preferred) to join our team. As a key player in our reopening, you will be instrumental in establishing our reputation for outstanding guest experiences. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly manage customer interactions, handle bar operations, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations effectively. Take food and drink orders accurately, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy. Support bartending duties as required, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting. A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to help others. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
