You will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing outstanding service and support to both customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere. Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service. Assist with food preparation and ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and dining areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution and satisfaction. Support catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality throughout every guest interaction.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Skills in bartending or catering are a plus, enhancing your ability to contribute to our team effectively. A passion for customer service and a desire to help others is crucial for success in this role. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
