We are expanding a popular city centre brand by launching a brand new bar and venue concept in the southside of Glasgow. We require a professional, skilled team of staff to establish the service standards for our latest venue, focusing on quality cocktails and table service.

Front of House Staff
(Both Full-Time and Part-Time).The Role:
This position demands a commitment to precise, high-quality service, mirroring the standards set at our existing unit.
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out and delivering complete food and drink table service. Accurately taking and serving orders from a focused cocktail and beverage menu. Actively engaging with guests to ensure their visit is exceptional, encouraging return business. Building friendly, professional relationships with local regulars and contributing to a welcoming neighbourhood atmosphere. Maintaining efficiency and high service standards across your section during peak trading hours. Demonstrating strong product knowledge and professionalism with all guests.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in a fast-paced table service environment. Cocktail experience preferred but applicants should have a keen interest in cocktails and beverage service. Reliability, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
