Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements. Provide menu information and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience through effective upselling techniques. Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff, ensuring clarity in food preparation requests. Be able to run the bar and deliver drinks in a prompt, timely manner for front of house staff. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with guests. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required. A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding guest services is essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
