For a new opening:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a memorable experience. You will be responsible for various tasks, including serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall operations of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met. Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations. Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks during busy periods.

Skills

Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Previous barista experience is advantageous for handling coffee and beverage preparation. Experience in serving food in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Basic food preparation skills to assist in kitchen operations when necessary. Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during peak hours.
