Stubbington Fish & chips is looking for a full time fryer to join the team and we are happy to train or convert your skills and being the right candidate, you could potentially become the new manager.
We are proud that many of our customers choose to return weekly, turn to us when having group orders and have also recommended us to many more, we like to do the basics well and take care when preparing, frying or serving the British tradition.
The role of a fryer is varied as the business does many different things. We have the shop, mobile event trailer used for public and private events, manufacturing, a lot of the products we sell, we make, and it doesn't stop there.
We understand the importance of a work life balance and for this we offer a 4-day working week with the latest finish of 9pm and 3 days off, plus we close between Christmas and New Year and offer 28 paid days off a year. (Including closed period)
The working week will include one weekend day.
You don't have to have frying experience but kitchen catering experience is essential. You will need a positive attitude and want to learn. A structure training programme will be put in from day one.
Many of the hours you work in the early days will be alongside an experience member of staff who will be able to show you all areas.
