Duties:
- Checking and entering purchase invoices onto Sage
- Identify and address account discrepancies
- Deal with suppliers regarding account queries and payments
- Knowledge of VAT returns and Payroll experience preferred
- Filing documents
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages
- General office administration
- Any other duties that are required
Qualifications:
- Administration experience
- Knowledge of Sage is essential.
- Proficiency in using Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

The vacancy is for full time only - 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
