Full Time Accounts Administrator (roofing)

Job Description

Duties:

- Checking and entering purchase invoices onto Sage
- Identify and address account discrepancies
- Deal with suppliers regarding account queries and payments
- Knowledge of VAT returns and Payroll experience preferred
- Filing documents
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages
- General office administration
- Any other duties that are required

Qualifications:

- Administration experience
- Knowledge of Sage is essential.
- Proficiency in using Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Please note that the duties listed above are not exhaustive, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

The vacancy is for full time only - 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 26,000.00 per year
