Job Title: Upholsterer Job Overview:

As a Wilcare Furniture Upholsterer, you are responsible for covering furniture frames with fabric or leather, ensuring precision, durability, and aesthetic appeal. You are required to follow closely model specific training and relay any quality issues.

Responsibilities:

Production:

Execute various upholstery techniques as demanded by the model in production to ensure the correct coverage of each model to a high standard.
Repair and Restoration:

Assess and repair damaged or worn-out upholstery on existing furniture.
Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with design teams to understand specific requirements for custom furniture pieces and new models. Bring creative input to the process, suggesting design improvements and modifications suitable for high production output.
Quality Control:

Maintain a high standard of quality throughout the upholstery process, conducting thorough inspections of finished products. Address any defects or issues promptly and effectively.
Equipment Maintenance:

Care for and maintain upholstery tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Identify and report potential safety hazards.
Documentation:

Keep records of production rates and quality control checks.

Pay: 26,000.00-28,300.00 per year
