What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and Inspire

: Recruit, develop, and inspire your team to deliver top-tier service and have fun doing it.

Make It Memorable:

Create experiences that keep players coming back, from casual kickabouts to high-stakes league nights.

Run It Like You Own It:

You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through outstanding customer experiences and marketing, ensuring your club is the place to be.

Grow the Game:

Build strong community relationships, and attract new players, teams and partners whilst shouting about us on socials. Get the pitches buzzing all week long.

What You Bring to the Squad:

A confident,

results- driven manager

with experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or sports management You've got

natural team leadership experience

and love seeing people succeed under your guidance. You're commercially aware with a proven track record of

meeting targets and driving performance

You're
