Job Summary:



We are looking for a proactive, highly organized and determined individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily office warehouse operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills and experience in goods in administration to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment.

Duties will include:



Responsible for coordinating the booking of deliveries and maintaining the delivery calendar & company system Manage inbound pallet quantities in line with capabilities and purchase order requested dates Inform buyer when goods have not been booked in, so they can chase suppliers Collaborate with the buyers as and when limits are exceeded to amend dates accordingly Oversee processes related to stock damage and claims, reporting to Buying and Accounts teams Input and update new item data and checklist information into company software Help to address queries from Sales, Operations and Buying teams related to goods received Process and post orders into the company system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) Manage incoming and outgoing drivers, ensuring necessary transport documentation is completed (CRM, DGN etc) Signing in warehouse visitors such as engineers, and ensure H&S compliance Handle incoming calls and direct queries appropriately Perform other duties as required by the nature of the position or as requested by the Management team

Additional requirements:



Goods-In experience necessary and previous work in a fast-paced environment is favorable A positive attitude and flexible approach to the role is required Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience would be a bonus PPT, Flexi, Reach & Counterbalance license would be advantageous

Salary & Benefits:



Full time role Salary offered between 28,000 p.a. to 30,000 p.a. depending on experience 24 days holiday, plus bank holidays, plus time off during Christmas and New Year Private Health and access to Employee Assistance Program Cycle to work and Car Maintenance Scheme Tastecard Enrolment SIAN Shop
