About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive graduate with a degree in marketing, communications, business management or similar to support our marketplace and e-commerce operations. You'll work closely with our Senior E-Commerce Executive and marketing team to ensure Vault X products and brand are accurately represented across marketplaces and that they deliver growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and maintenance of product listings on Amazon Marketplace, Shopify B2B & D2C channels and other marketplaces including eBay, Walmart and TikTok Shop. Ensure product content, images, and pricing are correct and up-to-date. Support execution of campaigns including promotions, product launches, and merchandising updates. Carry out QA checks on product listings and flag any issues to the team. Create reports for the senior team (e.g. sales, traffic, product performance) using tools such as Shopify, Amazon, and Helium 10. Help maintain and update Amazon brand stores and collection pages.

What We're Looking For

Required:

2:1 degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or similar. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.) Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills.

Desirable:

Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay or similar. Familiarity with Canva, or similar design platforms. Interest in trading cards, collectibles or hobbies.
