Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled groundkeeper to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes, utilising a range of tools and machinery. Looking for a young and energetic team player with a positive attitude. Non-smoker.
Working hours are: from 9am to 5 pm, 5 days a week. It's a freelance position. We do not offer an accommodation.
Duties
Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilising to ensure aesthetic appeal and health of outdoor spaces. Operate mechanical equipment such as excavators, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently. Use hand tools for gardening, planting, weeding, and general upkeep of green areas. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance. Assist with construction projects related to landscaping or outdoor structures as required. Implement irrigation systems and troubleshoot issues to maintain proper watering schedules.
Experience
Proven experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is essential. Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, tractor and irrigation systems is highly desirable. Familiarity with the use of hand tools for gardening and construction tasks. Prior experience in horticulture or related fields such as gardening or construction will be advantageous.
