Groundskeeper
Job Description
This is a varied role which comprises of the following:-
Strimming, mowing and edging grassed areas.
Removal of weeds and invasive plants using the appropriate treatment.
Trimming hedges, bushes, shrubbery and small trees.
Safe removal of dead, unwanted plants and bushes including stump removal.
Levelling surfaces as necessary with installation of gravel or topsoil or seed.
Removal of litter and debris from external areas.
Using pesticide treatment as necessary to treat affected areas.
Using various power tools including grass cutters, hedge trimmers, strimming and stump removal tools.
Groundwork and driving may be required on occasions and out of season.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
