towards your team, delivery partners and customer queries. You'll also be very

menu development

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To apply for this role we'll expect you to have already perfected your craft across many years within kitchens. You should have good knowledge of different cooking styles; be confident dealing with online portals (Deliveroo and Uber); approachable and well presented; capable of leading a full kitchen operation from ordering to service and be no stranger to dealing with challenging situations.
We'd also expect you to be experienced with recruitment and HR, comfortable with back office systems and at ease doing a stock count.
