Cafe Begum is a new and exciting dining spot in Manchester, bringing together authentic Indian and Pakistani flavours with a modern cafe twist. We're looking for a talented and passionate Head Indian Chef to lead our kitchen and help us grow.
The Role
As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for:
Developing and designing creative menus.
Leading, training, and motivating the kitchen team.
Delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.
Managing stock, suppliers, and kitchen operations.
Maintaining the highest food hygiene and safety standards.
About You
Experienced Head or Sous Chef with strong background in Indian/Desi cuisine.
Passion for authentic flavours and menu innovation.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Organised, reliable, and able to thrive under pressure.
