Are you passionate about caring for both people and their pets? We're looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and proactive individual to lead our front-of-house team!

We are a family-owned, independent group of practices who believe that providing an exceptional client experience is just as important as providing outstanding pet healthcare.

The role will be predominantly face to face and dealing with the phone, interacting with people and their pets. We won't have you stuck behind a desk, you will be able to move around our superb waiting pods and have a cuddle with the pets, which we think is a much better way to spend the day!

As a Head Receptionist, you will assist our Clinic Director by ensuring the front-of-house runs smoothly so that we can provide the best quality client care. This will include managing the reception team, conducting one-to-ones, reception team rota, and general administrative duties.

Experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.

37.5 hours per week Shifts range from 8.30am-4.30pm to 11am-7pm 1:3 Saturday mornings 8.30am-1pm From 26,000 per annum (opportunity to significantly increase with our Care Coordinator Development Plan)
