We are an agricultural machinery manufacturer who, following a move to a new premises, are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety / HR Administrator to join our dynamic team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for human resources, health and safety and administrative excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various resource functions, including health and safety, human resources, vehicle and premises management.
Duties
Assist with data related to employee records, recruitment processes, and onboarding documentation
Support the recruitment process
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with data protection regulations
Assist in the administration and management of health and safety across on-site offices and factory
Liaise with third-party service providers efficiently
Requirements
Proven experience in a health and safety / HR support role within a manufacturing environment is preferred
Strong data processing skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of liaising effectively across teams
Organised with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
