Hire Desk Administrator
to join our Head Office team in Caerwys.
This is a key position supporting our busy Hire Desk. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries, process hire orders, and assist with administrative tasks across departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a dynamic business.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently
Process hire orders and provide quotes using our pricing system
Deliver excellent customer service at every stage of the hire process
Support internal departments with administrative duties
Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures
Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit, supportive team
Candidate Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
Confident using IT systems and email platforms
Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
Previous experience in administration, plant hire, or sales is desirable (but not essential - full training will be provided)
