Role: Hire Desk Controller/ Trade Counter

Location: Woodside Road Industrial Estate, Ballymena BT42 4QJ

Contract: Full-time

Salary: 28,000 - 32,000 per annum.

? Working hours are from 07.30 to 17.00 Monday to Thursday, 07.30 to 16.30 on Fridays,Alternative Saturdays 08.00 to 12.00

Key tasks include:

? A quick and effective response to customer enquiries.
? Answering calls, taking orders and organising deliveries.
? Negotiating hire rates, logging and then following up on quotations.
? Helping to manage a trade counter.

Criteria:

? Trade counter or sales experience is essential.
? Experience in the construction industry is beneficial but not essential.
? Must be a good communicator and have the ability to build good relationships with customers.
? Must have the ability to operate Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
