Baker Plant Hire are a leading family owned company in Powered Access & Plant Hire for over 28 years.
We are looking for a driven & team orientated individual to work alongside our current team on the Hire Desk to fulfill the role of Hire Desk Controller
The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with our customer base and providing a solution to all their hire needs as well as working alongside our Operations Manager to support and assist with the running of the hire desk, duties include:
Handling customer enquiries, bookings and off-hires
Managing the Insphire software system
Organising equipment availability and transport schedules
Managing Hire Co-Ordinators and supporting Operations Manager
Requirements
Some Powered Access or Plant knowledge is essential
Must be computer literate and competent in use of Microsoft Office
Insphire knowledge or similar is advantageous, however full training can be given
The role will be office based at our head office in Sleaford
Working hours - Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 5.00pm
