Findeven ltd t/a online tool hire is seeking a Hire desk Controller to join our growing team!

Findeven ltd t/a online tool hire is a fast-growing, London based company that specializes in tool and plant hire. We are looking for someone who is looking to grow with us and help us achieve our goals.

What You'll Do:

Working as part of a team in a very busy and fast paced Plant & Tool hire shop. To provide a prompt & efficient service to customer face to face, over the phone, emails and WhatsApp. To maximise all revenue opportunities. To administer all associated paperwork & to provide outstanding customer service at all times.

Deal with telephone, email & face to face enquiries / orders from customers, and provide accurate information as required. Ensure accuracy of all paperwork and that procedures for hire / sales contracts, purchase orders, stock transfers, asset administration, are adhered to. Liaise with the workshop to ensure equipment required for hire is available. Co-ordinate Drivers to ensure equipment is delivered and collected from customers on time and efficiently. Maximise consumable sales opportunities at every opportunity. Ensure all deadlines are met in relation to reporting of information. Ensure availability and utilisation of fleet, both within the depot and through cooperation with other staff members. Other duties as assigned by management. Good physical health health is required as a lot of times we need to help customers to load/unload heavy things from their van.

Skills And Qualifications:

Previous experience in tool and plant hire is a must

knowledge of syrinx (hire software) is a must

IT literate

Attention to detail & Focus and accuracy

Ability to work under pressure & to set deadlines

Can-do approach Honesty! Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 44,000.00 per year
