Post: Home Manager

Salary: 28k-30k

Do you feel you have the ability to develop, organise and manage service user's home in line with CQC requirement?

We are looking for a Home Manger who will be responsible for managing our home in Rochdale . We are looking for applicants, who are ambitious and motivated to develop their existing care and management skills. We house service users within our small nurturing environments and help them to integrate back into the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage rotas across the home

On call

Liaising with stake holders i.e. Social Workers, District Nurses, EDT and Education professionals

Ensure home is HMO and Health and Safety Compliant

Create and implement risk assessments, background of creating policies and procedures

Able to manage new referrals i.e. emergency or planned admissions

Have experience in care planning

Provide weekly report to Social Workers

Review service user packages

Recruitment

To effectively manage, supervise and develop a staff team to achieve best possible outcomes for young people in our care

Multi-disciplinary review meetings

Arrange team meetings

All staff training up to date

Provide monthly reports to SLT

Demonstrate good IT Skills, CRN systems

To be able to adapt, flexible to cover shift gaps where required, including weekday or weekend

Essential: To be a driver, previous Managerial experience, back ground in Autism, good time keeping, committed and motivated

Desirable: NVQ Level 5, experience with self-harm, learning disabilities, an understanding around CQC i.e. Inspections regulations and registrations

Knowledge: Understanding of mental health Act and any care related legislations

For the above post, induction, training supervision and the appropriate support will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
