Homecare Registered Manager - 32,000.00 to 36,000.00pa

Our Homecare branch is registered to deliver personal care and support for people living within their own homes.

A Registered Manager's duties and responsibilities mainly focus on five key areas: compliance, service delivery, service development, team management and leadership and quality assurance.

Person Specification:



Previous management experience in Health and Social Care, specifically Homecare provision. Level 5 NVQ or willing to work towards. Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, Health and Social Care legislation and regulatory requirements. A strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of marketing within the private care sector. Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve 'Outstanding' and deliver the highest quality person-centred care. Confidence to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, families, and internal / external professionals.

Pay: 32,000.00-36,000.00 per year

Experience:

Management of Health & Social Care, Homecare provision: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:

Full UK Driving Licence and Access to Vehicle (required) Level 5 Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards (required)
