We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Waiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety and bartending practices. As a Bartender/Waiter, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while serving a variety of beverages & food and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and restocking as necessary. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Monitor guest behaviour to ensure a safe environment and intervene when necessary. Serve guests food & beverages in the restaurant. Either breakfast shift or dinner service.

Skills

Proficient in bartending techniques and knowledge of various drink recipes. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests. Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Understanding of food safety standards relevant to the preparation and serving of beverages. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous but not essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 10.00-12.26 per hour
