is currently on the lookout for aHotel Night Porter
to assume a pivotal role atHaslem Hotel
, ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay.Reporting into the Group Operations Manager, your main responsibility will be to efficiently manage the entire hotel during night-time hours (11pm-7am) and ensure a warm and organised welcome for our guests.
The ideal candidate will be confident in:
Anticipating guest needs. Deal with and resolve any complaints, problems, disturbances, special requests, or any other enquiries. Greeting guests arriving at the hotel during the night, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures. Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by continuously focusing on improving the level of service offered. Keeping the reception area and common area clean tidy and well-maintained on a daily basis. Showcasing the fantastic services available at the hotel and in the local area. Ensuring breakfast set up is completed and ready for morning service Assist with group check outs and porterage as required. Assist with tasks within F+B departments to assist in close downs, cash ups and preparation for the next day.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00 per hour
