Summary

We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Night Porter to join our team. This role is key to the smooth, safe running of the hotel overnight, supporting guests and ensuring the building is secure and well-presented for the following day.

Responsibilities

:

?Oversee guest arrivals, departures, and enquiries during the night ?Carry out routine security and safety checks around the hotel In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team from the business safely and quickly ?Maintain cleanliness in public areas and assist with light housekeeping tasks ?Monitor the premises and respond to any issues calmly and professionally ?Support management with overnight operational duties

About you:

Trustworthy and confident working independently ?Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ?Hospitality or security experience is an advantage, but not essential ?Reliable, organised, and comfortable with night-shift hours
Hours: Typically 11pm-7am

Pay: Competitive, plus staff benefits

Location: The Castle Inn Hotel, Bramber
