I am recruiting for a HR Administrator join an established HR team on a temporary basis. This role is key to delivering a responsive, efficient, and compliant HR administrative service, supporting various HR functions and ensuring alignment with best practices and policies.
Key Responsibilities: HR Administrator
xc2xb7 Provide high-quality administrative support across all HR functions
xc2xb7 Act as first point of contact for general HR queries
xc2xb7 Support onboarding and induction processes for new staff
xc2xb7 Monitor and record pre-employment checks and ensure compliance
xc2xb7 Maintain accurate HR records, including absence and holiday tracking
xc2xb7 Produce HR correspondence and documentation across the employee lifecycle
xc2xb7 Manage and update HR systems and trackers
xc2xb7 Support recruitment, employee relations, and meeting coordination (including minute-taking)
xc2xb7 Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a professional, efficient service
xc2xb7 Assist with ad hoc HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
xc2xb7 Ensure HR processes comply with GDPR and data privacy policies
xc2xb7 Liaise with managers to meet operational and payroll deadlines
xc2xb7 Carry out additional duties as requested by HR leadership
Skills and Experience:
xc2xb7 Experience of administrative work in a high pressure, busy environment, preferably HR.
xc2xb7 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
xc2xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an enthusiastic and positive approach.
xc2xb7 Ability to work independently and use initiative.
xc2xb7 Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work.
xc2xb7 Flexible and able to adjust plans and adapt to changes in work priorities
