Reporting to the HR Manager the role will focus on supporting the provision of a bespoke high quality HR service across a variety of customers with individual requirements. This is a demanding and occasionally pressured role which ideally would suit an energetic, self-motivated person willing to pick up the role and run with it, with the ability to juggle sometimes conflicting priorities
The HR Administrator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with our HR policies, employment legislation, best practice and ensuring effective employee relations.
